Finding Us: Therapy in Cascais
We are not on the seafront. We are about six kilometres inland, in Cascais, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a compromise. Below is everything you need to decide whether the trip works for you.

Times are off-peak estimates by car. Add fifteen minutes to anything crossing Cascais between 17:30 and 19:00.
Getting here
By car. Leave the A5 at the Cascais exit, or take the N9 / Avenida de Sintra. The Praceta is a short residential square — you can pull in directly outside.
Parking. Free, on the street, in front of the building. This is the single biggest practical difference between us and a practice in the centre of Cascais or Estoril, where parking is paid, scarce, and reliably the reason people arrive late and irritated.
By train. There is no station here. The Cascais line runs along the coast, and Cascais is not walkable from any of it — if you are coming by train you will need a taxi for the last stretch. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it at Estoril station.
If you have children at an international school nearby
Several international schools sit within a few minutes of us — Sapienti in Birre, King's College in Cascais, the International Christian School on Avenida de Sintra, IPS Cascais on Rua da Lagoa. If your child is at one of them, you can be at our door about four minutes after drop-off.
We keep a number of mid-morning weekday slots specifically for that, between roughly 9:00 and 11:30. Parents are the group most likely to say they cannot find the time for therapy, and in this particular corner of Cascais the time is genuinely there — it is the ninety minutes that currently get spent on errands.

Why an office away from the centre
Two reasons, and both come from what clients tell us.
The first is privacy. Cascais and Estoril are small in the way that matters: you will see people you know. Nobody passes this door on their way to lunch, and for couples work in particular that turns out to matter.
The second is the drive. Ten minutes inland, away from the seafront traffic, gives you a small buffer either side of the session. People arrive less rushed, and they leave with somewhere to put whatever the hour brought up before walking back into their day.
When coming here does not make sense
If you are in central Lisbon, or east of Oeiras, the journey will turn a 50-minute session into a two-hour commitment. You will stop coming — usually around week six, usually just as the work starts to be useful. Two better options: our Lisbon practice, or online sessions, which are available across Portugal and are not a lesser version of the same thing.
